Sow your seed in the morning, and at evening let your hands not be idle, for you do not know which will succeed, whether this or that, or whether both will do equally well.
Ecclesiastes 11:6

          Monday June 20 th ~

Published the newsletter from the Foursquare Church in Kalispell, Montana and headed west.
Had some difficulty with one of my accounts blocking some of the emails, so I exported contacts to a different one in gmail. Got me to thinking of looking into a different approach.
          Tuesday June 21 st ~
Crossed the border into Idaho and sang at the nursing home attached to the hospital in Bonners Ferry.
          Wednesday June 22 nd ~
In Sandpoint, Idaho I sang at the "Valley Vista" nursing home across the street from the "Church of God" where I've parked in years past. Jon & Cathy (Pastors) live in the parsonage next door and have provided me with shower facility and fellowship throughout the years. In fact, seems like every year there's someone different staying in one of their extra bedrooms; be it an elderly individual, previously homeless person or youngster getting on their feet. Commendable.
          Thursday June 23 rd ~
Ministered in two sections of the "Life Care Center of Sandpoint".
          Friday June 24 th ~
Rained most all day. Worked on the laptop finishing the novelette (a spiritual fiction) I've been chipping away at for a while. Got it into Kindle epub file format for publishing on Amazon. "Second Coming?" Click to view.
          Saturday June 25 th ~
Out early doing the laundry-mat thing, then spent the rest of the day publishing the printed version of the novelette which I simply added to
"Mold Me ~ Shape Me" creating a Third Edition.
Took a short break at lunch time with Jon who accompanied me to the gas station where he topped off the vans' tank. Sweet.
          Sunday June 26 th ~
Attended the "Laclede Community Church" where I was given the opportunity to share a Special during the worship service.

And so begins another week.

May The Lord Our God
Guard, Guide And Direct You.
In The Name Of Jesus. Amen!

People were bringing little children to Jesus for him to place his hands on them, but the disciples rebuked them. When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it." And he took the children in his arms, placed his hands on them and blessed them.
Mark 10:13-16

          Monday June 13 th ~

Published the newsletter from the "Gospel Mountain AG Church" in Thompson Falls, Montana.
Had breakfast with Charlie (the pastor). Said my goodbyes and headed out.
          Tuesday June 14 th ~
In Kalispell, Montana I was able to minister at the "Wel-Life" assisted living facility.
          Wednesday June 15 th ~
Breakfast with Ron, the pastor of the "Foursquare Church" I'm parked at here in Kalispell. Then shared in the Alzheimer's Unit of "The Heritage Place".
          Thursday June 16 th ~
Rained on and off most the day. Took the day off.
          Friday June 17 th ~
Sang at the "Immanuel Lutheran" nursing home here in Kalispell during their Brunch activity. A large crowd, spread out around a big dining room, with many distractions. But their in-house sound system and a wireless lapel mike made it doable. Seemed to work out okay.
          Saturday June 18 th ~
     A day of rest.
          Sunday June 19 th ~
Enjoyed the honor of sharing in song, testimony and message during the worship service here at the Foursquare Church in Kalispell. Then later in the evening I got to share a cookout meal with a lovely family who have moved to this area; temporarily staying in their travel trailer here at the church.
Just before bedtime, knowing I'd be leaving in the morning, four of their little children came knocking on the van wanting to give me a goodbye hug. Heartwarming!

And so begins another week.

Guard, Guide And Direct You.

Jesus answered, "Do you think that these Galileans were worse sinners than all the other Galileans because they suffered this way? I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish. Or those eighteen who died when the tower in Siloam fell on them--do you think they were more guilty than all the others living in Jerusalem? I tell you, no! But unless you repent, you too will all perish."
Luke 13:2-5

          Monday June 6 th ~

Ministered at the "Heritage Home" in Hardin, Montana.
          Tuesday June 7 th ~
A bit further west in Mahatten, Montana I was able to share at the "Parkhaven" assisted living facility.
          Wednesday June 8 th ~
Drove to Butte, Montana to top off the propane and gas up. Then on to Drummon, Mt. where I settled into a cheap campground before some massive thunderstorms arrived with high winds, rain and hail.
Got woke up about 3:00 am by an animal scratching away in the engine compartment. Grabbed the flashlight and opened up the hood. And low and behold the little critter had stored numerous pine-cones between the engine and firewall.
          Thursday June 9 th ~
At 5:00 am (daybreak) I drove a few blocks to the small laundry mat in town which just happened to be open. Started a load, then spent the next hour and a half removing the cowling covering the engine so I could get to the pine-cones. Well over twenty of 'em. Couldn't leave them on top of a hot motor (fire hazard).
Continuing west, I stopped in Missoula where I had a new tire installed, replacing the badly worn out (balding) one I noticed yesterday. Then on to Thompson Falls, Mt. where I hooked up with old friends at the "Gospel Mountain AG Church".
          Friday June 10 th ~
Spent the first half of the day working on the van. Using the church ladder I applied a third coat of liquid rubber sealant on the roof. Then using the church shop-vac I got most of the remaining pine-cone crumbs off the engine, after removing the cowling again. Went ahead and installed a new air filter while I had it all apart. And finished up with an oil change.
Then joined a group of five members from the church to minister at the "Cherry Hill" residential care home in town.
          Saturday June 11 th ~
Attended a men's prayer/fellowship breakfast at a local cafe' in town. Then fellowship time with some of the church members followed by a relaxing afternoon.
          Sunday June 12 th ~
Enjoyed the honor of sharing a Special during the morning service here at "Gospel Mountain". Then joined a large group for pizza in town.
Evening service watching a movie in the sanctuary.

And so begins another week.

          Monday May 30 th ~

With one dry day before rain due to come in, I got over to the Cross Roads church in Minot, North Dakota and using their eight foot ladder, I applied a coat of liquid rubber sealant on the roof of the van. Then published the newsletter from the church.
One of the groups making use of this facility is a Korean speaking congregation which meets on Sunday afternoon. One of the members owns a residential care home in town. Having been invited yesterday, I was able to share this afternoon at the "Unsong" facility with ten residents and six staff/family members.
          Tuesday May 31 st ~
     Took a day off.
          Wednesday June 1 st ~
     Did the laundry-mat thing.
Visited with some friends around town saying my goodbyes.
Put a second coat of sealant on the van's roof.
Attended mid-week services at the Lighthouse Church.
          Thursday June 2 nd ~
Drove to Williston, North Dakota and ministered at the "Bethel Lutheran Home". A rather large facility I'm at every year. One of their sections is called "The Tower". Their elevators were temporarily out of order, making it difficult to move residents. So, I sang for small groups on the second and third floors before lunch. Then mid-afternoon I sang in the Chapel for a much larger group who live on the ground floor.
          Friday June 3 rd ~
Crossed the border into Montana to the town of Glendive where I was able to share at "The Heritage" assisted living facility.
          Saturday June 4 th ~
Continuing west, I stopped in Miles City, Montana and sang at the "Friendship Villa Care Center". Then on to the "Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation" where I hooked up with friends at the "Morning Star Baptist Church" in the town of Lame Deer.
          Sunday June 5 th ~
Enjoyed the honor of sharing a bit during the worship service here at "Morning Star". As well as some fellowship time in the evening.

And so begins another week.
