And so begins another week.

Blessed are those who find wisdom, those who gain understanding, for she is more profitable than silver and yields better returns than gold. She is more precious than rubies; nothing you desire can compare with her. Long life is in her right hand; in her left hand are riches and honor. Her ways are pleasant ways, and all her paths are peace. She is a tree of life to those who take hold of her; those who hold her fast will be blessed.
Proverbs 3:13-18

But avoid foolish controversies and genealogies and arguments and quarrels about the law, because these are unprofitable and useless. Warn a divisive person once, and then warn them a second time. After that, have nothing to do with them. You may be sure that such people are warped and sinful; they are self-condemned.
Titus 3:9-11

          Monday September 5 th ~
Labor Day! Enjoyed some sweet fellowship time with an elder of the church (Fred) here in Eureka, California.
          Tuesday September 6 th ~
Four years ago a local Dentist (Luke) was able to do a composite buildup on a tooth which had broken off at the gum-line while I was here. A different tooth is about to do a similar thing. So, I stopped by his office today and they were able to take an x-ray and set up an appointment for tomorrow to fix it.
Then I got over to the "Redwood R & R" personal care home and sang for the folks.
          Wednesday September 7 th ~
Spent some time in the dentist chair. Luke did a good job; the Novocaine shot didn't hurt a bit. Boom 323 dollars! Praise God the funds were there.
          Thursday September 8 th ~
     Took the day off.
          Friday September 9 th ~
Got invited to a men's breakfast fundraiser for "Teen Challenge" held at a local mansion/museum. One hundred and sixty men listening to Dennis Swanberg entertain and proclaim Jesus as the way.
          Saturday September 10 th ~
One more day of not singing, allowing the mouth to heal.
          Sunday September 11 th ~
Attended the first part of the early service here at "First Covenant". Then to "Calvary Community" in Fields Landing where I enjoyed the opportunity to share a bit during the worship service.
Lunch out with a group from the church, then Fred had me follow him to Costco to top off the van's gas tank.

And so begins another week.

Guard, Guide And Direct You.
