Kerrville, Texas

             Monday November 19 th ~     Published this week's newsletter accessing the Westside Community Church's wifi in El Paso, Texas. Then got over to the "Good Samaritan" facility where I was able to minister in the assisted living section.
          Tuesday November 20 th ~
     While driving east, I stopped in Fort Stockton, Texas and sang in their nursing home. First in the memory care section, then in the main dinning room following the Catholic service.
          Wednesday November 21 st ~
     Drove to Kerrville, Texas and hooked up with folks at the "Trinity Church" in Center Point.
          Thursday November 22 nd ~
     Enjoyed a delicious "Thanksgiving" meal at the home of Robert & Terry, members at Trinity.
          Friday November 23 rd ~
     Sang at the "Villagio" memory care facility in Kerrville.
          Saturday November 24 th ~
     A day of rest.
          Sunday November 25 th ~
     I was given the opportunity to share a bit during services here at Trinity.
    
And so begins another week.

   Do not say, "Why were the old days better than these?" For it is not wise to ask such questions.

Ecclesiastes 7:10
             Monday November 12 th ~     Dealing with a low-back injury from last week. Managed to sing for some folks at the hospital's nursing home here in Deming, New Mexico.
          Tuesday November 13 th ~
     Folks here at Bethel Baptist put me up in a motel room to help the healing process. May God Bless Them!
          Wednesday November 14 th ~
     Rest! Along with some stretching type exercise and whirlpool for the back.
          Thursday November 15 th ~
     More of the same.
          Friday November 16 th ~
     Ministered at the "Willow Manor" here in Deming.
          Saturday November 17 th ~
     Drove to El Paso, Texas.
          Sunday November 18 th ~
     Attended the Westside Community Church where I was given the opportunity to share a bit.
    
And so begins another week.

Deming, New Mexico

    Consider what God has done: Who can straighten what he has made crooked? When times are good, be happy; but when times are bad, consider this: God has made the one as well as the other. Therefore, no one can discover anything about their future.

             Monday November 5 th ~     Said my goodbyes to my host in Springerville, Arizona.
     Drove east to Datil, New Mexico where I stumbled onto a men's gathering at a Cowboy Church. Got invited to share a bit and park for the night.
          Tuesday November 6 th ~
      Continued to Socorro, New Mexico and ministered at the "Good Samaritan" nursing home for a large group of folks.
          Wednesday November 7 th ~
     Took a day off.
          Thursday November 8 th ~
     Drove a good little ways to Deming, New Mexico and hooked up with folks at the Bethel Baptist church.
     Dinner with my old friend Phil.
          Friday November 9 th ~
     Breakfast with my old friend Lee. Then, while trying to help move heavy sheet-rock into the church building for their remodel, my back went out. Big time. Had to cancel the nursing home I'd arranged for later.
          Saturday November 10 th ~
     Lee picked me up for a men's breakfast fellowship.
     The rest of the day spent relaxing, with the lower back issue in sad shape.
          Sunday November 11 th ~
     Managed to share one song and the South African mission trip video during services here at Bethel Baptist.
    
And so begins another week.
