Proverbs 18:4 (Contemporary English Version)

             Monday April 1 st ~     Published from the library in Mountain Grove, Missouri. Then got over to the "Country Living" assisted living facility where I arrived just as they were finishing a Bible study. Good timing. We slid right into Gospel music.

          Tuesday April 2 nd ~

     Drove over to Ava, Missouri and sang at the "Heart of the Ozarks" nursing home.

          Wednesday April 3 rd ~

     In Seymore, Missouri I was allowed to share in their nursing home. Later, attended mid-week services at the church I'm parked at in Macomb.

          Thursday April 5 th ~

     Took the day off.

          Friday April 6 th ~

     Ministered at the "Autumn Oaks" facility in Mountain Grove.

          Saturday April 7 th ~

     Day of rest. A health issue showed up about bedtime. Okay by morning but a rough night.

          Sunday April 8 th ~

     Attended early services at the "Cowboy Church" near Macomb where I got to share a bit. Then to the Baptist church in Vanzant to share and enjoy their pot-luck meal.

     At evening services back at Macomb, shared the South African Mission Trip video. Then accompanied a group to Micky D's for dinner and fellowship.

    

And so begins another week.

             Monday March 25 th ~     Started this week in Hartford, Arkansas. Drove to Greenwood, Arkansas to a laundry-mat which had wifi. Took care of two chores; laundry & newsletter.

          Tuesday March 26 th ~

     Stopped in Russellville, Arkansas and sang at their nursing home.

          Wednesday March 27 th ~

     Ministered at the "Newton County" nursing home in Jasper, Arkansas.

          Thursday March 28 th ~

     A day off.

          Friday March 29 th ~

     Crossed the border into Missouri. Shared in the town of Ava at the "Ava Place" a small assisted living facility.

     Then on to the Baptist church in Macomb where they were hosting the last night of their three-day Revival.

          Saturday March 30 th ~

     A cold front came through. Nasty weather, cold night.

          Sunday March 31 st ~

     Attended the "Friendship Baptist" church near Mt. Grove, Missouri where I was given the opportunity to share in song, testimony and message. Then back to Macomb for evening services where I got to share a bit.

    

And so begins another week.

Hartford, Arkansas

"Assembly of God" Hartford, Arkansas

      Of David. Praise the LORD, my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy name. Praise the LORD, my soul, and forget not all his benefits--who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.

             Monday March 18 th ~     Crossed the border into Mississippi to the library in Columbus where I published the newsletter.

          Tuesday March 19 th ~

     Driving east; stopped in Eupora, Mississippi and first went into their large assisted living facility where the leader of a scheduled sing-along allowed me to share a couple of songs. Then I got over to the hospital which has a large long-term-care (nursing home) section. Staff gathered about fifteen patients for the good ole' gospel music.

          Wednesday March 20 th ~

     A driving day. On into central Arkansas.

          Thursday March 21 st ~

     In Mena, Arkansas staff gathered a bunch of folks (even cutting Bingo short) at the "Mena Manor" nursing home.

          Friday March 22 nd ~

     A day off at a National Forest campground. A little writing. A couple of hikes. Some reading & TV.

          Saturday March 23 rd ~

     Day of rest.

          Sunday March 24 th ~

     Attended the Assembly of God church in Hartford, Arkansas where I enjoyed the honor of sharing a bit in the morning and evening services.

    

And so begins another week.
