Published the newsletter from the "Salem Heights" Baptist church in
Laurel, Mississippi. Then got over to the "Mission" in town where I
enjoyed the opportunity to share a song and short message after their
Christmas meal.
Tuesday December 26 th ~
Crossed the border into Alabama to the town of Brewton where I hooked up with old friends at the "Dogwood Hills" church.
Wednesday December 27 th ~
Ministered at the "West Gate" nursing home in town.
Attended mid-week services at "The Well".
Thursday December 28 th ~
Sang for ten folks at the "Country Place" senior living facility in Brewton.
Friday December 29 th ~
Shared with a few at "The Meadows" assisted living facility. Then
joined Tom & Sarah for lunch. They are the generous couple who
donated the current "Tour Bus".
Saturday December 30 th ~
A walk in a park.
Lunch with the pastor of Dogwood (Tommy).
A bit of rest.
Sunday December 31 st ~
Attended services at Dogwood where I was able to share in song and short message.
To bed long before the beginning of the new year.
And so begins another week.
