Bandon, Oregon

Bandon, Oregon
The sleep of a laborer is sweet, whether they eat little or much, but as for the rich, their abundance permits them no sleep.
Ecclesiastes 5:12

          Monday August 6 th ~

Arranged a nursing home for tomorrow and had lunch with an old friend.
          Tuesday August 7 th ~
Ministered at the "Baycrest" nursing home in Coos Bay, Oregon.
Later in the evening, I enjoyed some sweet fellowship at the home of old friends, including a delicious fish fry.
          Wednesday August 8 th ~
Did an oil change on the van in the Nazarene parking lot.
          Thursday August 9 th ~
Sang for a nice crowd at the "Evergreen Court" independent living facility in Coos Bay.
          Friday August 10 th ~

          Saturday August 11 th ~
Four weeks ago, the anti-lock brakes failed on the van, reverting to regular braking and leaving a warning light on the dash. Yesterday I spotted a broken wire hanging down to the ground under the van. Spliced it back together.
Now the anti-lock brakes are working again and the warning light has gone out. Love an easy fix.
          Sunday August 12 th ~
Attended the "Restoration Worship Center" here in Bandon where I was given the honor of sharing during the sermon time in song, testimony and message.

And so begins another week.

May The Lord Our God
Guard, Guide And Direct You.
In The Name Of Jesus. Amen!

Your Brother in Christ, Larry Eugene Stevens
