Greetings,
For this week's newsletter click on;

"Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You give a tenth of your spices--mint, dill and cumin. But you have neglected the more important matters of the law--justice, mercy and faithfulness. You should have practiced the latter, without neglecting the former. You blind guides! You strain out a gnat but swallow a camel.
Matthew 23:23, 24

          Monday September 8 th ~
In Eureka, California I published the newsletter from the First Covenant Church. Sang at the "Seaview" nursing home. Then drove south to Ukiah, California to hookup with long time friends.
          Tuesday September 9 th ~
Breakfast with my friends Fred, Dennis and his parents.
After saying my thank you's and goodbye's, I headed east crossing the coastal mountain range, on through the Sacramento Valley, up into the Tahoe National Forest.
          Wednesday September 10 th ~
Crossed into Nevada to the town of Fallon where I was able to minister at "The Homestead" senior living & memory care facility.
          Thursday September 11 th ~
Drove to Winnemucca, Nevada and sang at the "Harmony Manor" for a wonderful group of folks. Several of whom remembered me from previous years.
          Friday September 12 th ~
Continued east to Battle Mountain, Nevada where I had the privilege of sharing in the Hospital's Long Term Care section. There was a person visiting a family member who displayed a mocking attitude in the beginning, but by the end I noticed a countenance change with red-rimmed eyes. Seems like the Holy Spirit might have touched this person. Hope & Pray!
          Saturday September 13 th ~
Drove northeast a couple of hundred miles to American Falls, Idaho where I parked for the night at the "Willow Bay Baptist" church.
          Sunday September 14 th ~
Attended an early service with the Lutheran congregation which shares this building. Then at the Baptist service I was given the honor of leading the song service.

And so begins another week.

May The Lord Our God
Guard, Guide And Direct You.
In The Name Of Jesus. Amen!

Yours in Christ, Larry

P.S.    To God be the Glory!
