November 25, 2013

Greetings,
For this week's newsletter go to;
www.nursinghomemusicministry.com/11-25-2013.html

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
1 Corinthians 13:4-7

          Monday November 18 th ~
      Here in Austin, Texas I published the newsletter from the home of Brother Richard who provided a place to park, plug-in and shower for the past few days. Then drove to north Austin for lunch with David (ministry's technical adviser) who has provided a bunch of printing ink for assembling more Cd's. He even offered a larger television to replace the one he'd given me last year, but I had to stick with the smaller one, due to the space limitations in the van.
     Turned west out to Lakeway, Texas in time for Barb's "Home Group/Worship Service/Fellowship Dinner" where I enjoyed the honor of contributing quite a few songs and some thoughts.
          Tuesday November 19 th ~
     Ministered at "The Summit of Lakeway" assisted living facility, then continued west to Center Point, Texas.
     At the "Trinity" church, there is a double-wide mobile home behind the church which is now used for Sunday morning classes. I've been given the use of those facilities, as well as a room to set-up the T.R.S. (temporary recording studio).
          Wednesday November 20 th ~
     Finished putting together the Studio and started working on "Angels We Have Heard on High".
     Into the larger town nearby (Kerrville) for supplies and to arrange a nursing home.
     Mid-week services at "Trinity".
          Thursday November 21 st ~
     More recording work.
          Friday November 22 nd ~
     Sang at the "Sterling House" assisted living facility for a sweet group of folks. We had a wonderful time, with many singing along. The activity director (Albert) offered up a lovely prayer he had typed up requesting guidance, safety and provision for this ministry. M.G.B.H!
