A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.
Proverbs 17:22

          Monday October 27 th ~
Started off this week in Quemado, New Mexico at the home of dear friend's Kenny and Laurie where I published the weekly newsletter from their wifi and visited a bit more.
          Tuesday October 28 th ~
Said my goodbyes and drove to Truth or Consequences, New Mexico where I was able to minister at the "Sierra" nursing home.
          Wednesday October 29 th ~
Sang at the State Veterans Home here in T or C.
          Thursday October 30 th ~
Drove to Deming, New Mexico and sang at the nursing home attached to the hospital.
          Friday October 31 st ~
Folks at the Baptist church here in Deming have given me a key to the building in order to access the facilities, including a shower and wifi.
I went ahead and unpacked the printer and Cd burner and spent the day assembling one-hundred "Christmas Albums" for handing out in nursing homes.
Then enjoyed the evening hours visiting with some of the members at their "Trunk-or-Treat" event. There must of been five-hundred people come through in those few hours.
          Saturday November 1 st ~
The church installed a washer and dryer this past year, so I incorporated the weekly laundry thing into this day of rest, including sheets and blankets.
          Sunday November 2 nd ~
Enjoyed the honor of singing a Special during the morning worship service. Had lunch with old friend's Phil and Paula. Then at the evening service I was able to lead a few medleys, while folks prepared for a Baptism.

And so begins another week.

May The Lord Our God
Guard, Guide And Direct You.
In The Name Of Jesus. Amen!

Your Brother in Christ, Larry Eugene Stevens

P.S.    To God be the Glory!
